Villa St Nicolas & Theano are 2 villas, next to each with 8 bedroom situated on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan and picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos. These impressive villas stand in their own grounds offering wonderful views of the Mirabello Gulf, the town of Agios Nikolaos and the mountains of Sitia.

Villa St Nicolas:
As you enter the villa you` ll see the open plan living area with stylish furnishing, cosy and comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining area. On this level there is also a fully fitted modern kitchen. The living room has access to the pool and garden and has a panoramic view to the sea and town of Agios Nikolaos.

A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom en suite with Jacuzzi and shower, and a twin bedroom (beds can convert into a double) with its own bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to a big veranda that overlooks the pool and garden.

On the second floor there is a room with a floaping room which has twin beds (which can convert into a double) en suite with a bathroom with a shower.

From the living room another stair leads to the lower lever which has a double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with a shower. This room has access to a patio which leads up to the pool level.

Villa St Nicolas has a 65sqm private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi which will certainly help you relax and refill your bateries. There are comfortable sun beds to lay and get the most of the Cretan sun and a shaded sitting area with bamboo sofas, ideal for a morning coffee and breakfast by the pool.

The house also has a beautiful lawn garden with palm trees and a BBQ area under a pergola from which you can enjoy your relaxing evenings watching the bay of Mirabello. Villa St Nicolas has a huge parking space and is surrounded by flowers and local trees.

Villa Theano:

The ground floor is open plan and really spacious and consists of the living room, the dining area with efficient sitting for 8 guests and kitchen with all the modern and high tech appliances. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a home cinema system which includes CD, DVD, Playstation 2 and a Satellite TV.

A curved wooded staircase leads to the first floor where the three bedrooms are. The master double bedroom is en suite with a steam shower bathroom. There is also one twin bedroom and one double which share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Patio doors lead to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and has its own private bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are airconditioned and have wardrobes, a Satellite TV and DVD.

Villa Theano has a spacious and beautiful outdoor area. From the living room you have access to a large furnished veranda that is a few steps higher than the pool and garden area.

The 65sqm pool with its mosaic design has a Jacuzzi and a reverse swim jet. You will find yourself spending most of the day on the comfortable sun beds or cooling down at the shaded BBQ. Under this pergola besides the BBQ you`ll find a stone oven, for those who want to prepare a nice dinner and a big dining table to sit around and relax.
