Private 2 bedroom villa with small pool in the centre of Elounda

This family owned 2 bedroom villa is licensed by the Greek Tourist Authority (E.O.T) and complies with all required regulations. The villa situated 50 metres from the beach and the centre of Elounda is beautifully decorated and furnished with air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped if you do not wish to eat out. The open plan lounge and dining area offers flat screen TV with satellite channels, internet connection, selection of DVDs, books and a Bose docking station.The Villa has a downstairs cloakroom and both double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. Outside the villa is a small pool and the patio is furnished with sofas, sunbeds, table and chairs.
There is a large balcony leading from the upstairs bedrooms.


This is a family owned villa and we will do everything we can to be of as much assistance as you require. We are flexible with arrival and departure dates and subject to other bookings we will where possible make arrangements for you to stay at the villa until your departure time. We provide tea/coffee, milk, water and juice free of charge for your arrival along with beach towels. We will also if requested organise a taxi to collect you from the airport or car hire.
Elounda once a small fishing village is now a growing modern town that still retains a certain charm. An appealing mixture of old and new. It has an attractive harbour surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. Elounda also has a sandy beach offering water sports and self drive boat hire. Boat trips are available to the famous Island of Spinalonga.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment has everything you would want and is very modern. Its really centrally located only a few steps from the beach and restaurants. Janet was very welcoming as well. Highly recommended

A lovely villa in the perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay and could not fault anything. The villa has been modernised to a very high standard and provides everything you could possibly need. We liked the fact that the location is very quiet despite the shops, tavernas and beach being a stones throw away. The owner Janet met us on arrival and departure and was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay again!

Zoe Maria Villa in Elounda
Stayed seven nights at the Zoe Maria Villa, this super brand new villa has every possible facility finished to an extremely high standard. It’s ideally located in a quiet area only a few metres away from bars, restaurants, the beach and harbour. The whole area is beautiful and staying in this lovely villa made it one of our best holidays ever, definitely will be returning. Mr and Mrs Crowther

Simply The Best!!
One of the best villas we have stayed in. Beautifully presented, furnished and equipped. The location is superb being within 2 minutes, literally, of a selection of good Tavernas. The beach and town square are an easy, level, five minute stroll. The harbour side, with another excellent selection of Tavernas is five minutes in the opposite direction. Local buses and taxi services are good and a trip to Plaka, Spinalonga and Agios Nicholas are a must. Janet, the host, could not have been more welcoming and provided a generous starter pack including wine. The pool was very welcome and cleaned perfectly every three or four days. We shall certainly return and recommend to anyone for a totally relaxing holiday in Elounda which itself remains charming with all necessary amenities without being over commercialised.

A very pleasant few days in Elounda
Great location, convenient for everything in Elounda, but set back from the main street. Very attractive and comfortable accommodation. Plunge pool great in hot weather. Excellent host.

Outstanding holiday property
This is a modern, clean, well appointed, comfortable, quiet property about 30 yards from the nearest Taverna and 200 yards from the main square in Elounda. Janet is a great host and we would recommend this property very highly. If we had one concern before we went it was that the pool might not be in full sun all day, but it is and it's a really lovely pool.

Amazing villa in Elounda
Was so looking forward to our stay in villa zoe maria. And it certainly didn't disappoint. Janet was amazing from the booking process all the way through to when we arrived home. We had to cancel about two times because of covid and Janet was so understanding. Any thing you might need whilst staying there , Janet was always on hand to help . Tina was there to meet us on arrival . The villa was so clean and beautiful. Perfect location for everything and a few steps away from the beach and shops and restaurants. The villa was very well equipped and we didn't need for anything. The pool was perfect to cool off in , and it was very hot end of July so much needed and used . Manos came and cleaned the pool for us midweek . Janet also helped with the process of covid tests and also booked our taxis both ways from the airport. Thankyou so much for letting us stay in your amazing villa . I'm so looking forward to coming back very soon 😍

Magnificent.
Well what is there NOT to say. Janet and Manos were brilliant hosts/owners. Could not do enough for us. The place is spotless, modern a real home from home. Located a stones throw away from all the towns facilities, beach and many restaurants n bars. I can not fault anything, highly recommend and we hope to come again next year. Thanks Janet. X

Beautiful Villa in a Beautiful Place!
We had a wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful place! The Villa was stunning, very central and beautifully appointed. Elounda is magical and it was one of the most memorable holiday we have had! Janet is a wonderful host and we look forward to staying with her again in the future!

Beautiful centrally located villa
Janet the owner is an excellent host and very flexible. She organized our taxi to and from the airport and as usual the sevice was superb (Janet has been arranging our taxi for years, even when we have stayed at other villas). There was a nice welcome pack, always handy when you arrive late. We normally stay in Mavrikiano so we did miss the sea view. However if a view is not important to you then this villa is superbly located. We are just back but will be retuning in September for another week.

Superb villa in the middle of Elounda, we loved it.
This villa is great, it is modern and very clean with the addition of a good outdoor space with pool. Loads of good quality towels (nice touch). The position of the is perfect, right in the middle of town. Our favourite restaurant was only 30 yards to walk. Janet our host was lovely, and was always available to contact. Mark

Perfect villa for a family holiday quiet, but right in the centre of town
We had a lovely holiday in Sue's high spec villa, beautifully looked after by Rose and Fred, who remain at a discreet distance but respond to any queries you have promptly. Sue is very reassuring before your holiday (I always worry about fraud) Sue is very friendly and informative during the count down to your holiday. The villa is cleverly located in a quiet path out of sight but right in the centre of Elounda, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The private pool is small, but big enough to float on a lilo or swim a few strokes, suited our teenagers well enough. The patio area totally secluded and quiet. We would definitely return. Beautiful Villa, Stunning Location
This was our first trip together to Elounda and everything about our time there was idyllic. Villa Zoe Maria is simply stunning. It was spotlessly clean, modern throughout and perfect in every way………even down to the freshly conditioned bedding and towels which smelt just like home! The patio area is well presented which allows you to enjoy the outdoor living in the sunshine all day. The location is ideal for shopping, the beach, eating out and the cocktail bars, which we tried a few! There were a number of restaurants recommended to us, many of which knew Sue & Steve very well and they made us feel extremely welcome including the odd free desert!! The locals are extremely friendly and they put us to shame as they speak perfect English. A big thank you to Rose & Fred for looking after us during our stay and a huge thank you to Sue for making the booking process pain free and also giving us perfect weather in the middle of October! Thank you Sue for everything, we will be back! Richard & Justine

Luxurious Vila, perfect location!
Where to start! An absoloute pleasure staying in Villa Zoe Maria! Upon arrival the Villa was in immaculate condition, a set of fresh towels were laid out for us and a bottle of water was stored in the fridge. The villa was furnished to a high standard and was very well presented like a 5 star hotel! We would like to say a big thank you to Rose and Fred who came and greeted us during our stay, this made us feel even more welcome! We were extremely impressed as the villa is located within a minute walking distance from the beach and the central square of Elounda where there are a range of boutiques, restaurants and bars. Everything is right on your doorstep, you couldn't ask for anything better! We would highly recommend going to the Olio restaurant as the staff were very friendly and the Pizzas were to die for!! Finally, a massive thank you to Sue who looked after us and was always on hand if we needed any help!! We would definitely go back! Andrew & Hannah

Superb Villa and excellent location

Wonderful, high quality, excellent location
We stayed here for two weeks in August. The villa is very high quality, and we were very well looked after by Rose & Fred who kept the villa and pool clean throughout our stay. Towels and beach towels are changed regularly, which makes you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. The location of the villa could not be better. You are literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and the harbour where there are numerous restaurants and bars. A final word for Sue, the owner, who was helpful and in contact from our first enquiry and made the whole booking process very straightforward. We loved this villa and we will certainly go back.

A Hidden Gem - Best located Villa in Elounda
We spent a wonderful week in the Zoe Maria Villa at the beginning of May. This is honestly the best located Villas in Elounda within walking distance of everything. It is finished to such a high standard, you feel as though you are in a 5 star hotel. We will certainly be back and cannot wait for our next trip.

A little Gem
A real gem of a place,the villa was so luxurious ,clean and well equipt .Its location was as described close to the centre of Elounda,and the beach,we could have not asked for more.Rose and Fred also made our stay special by making sure the villa ,and the pool stayed clean,they left us a nice welcome pack ,that was just what we needed after a long day traveling.Everything was just perfect from the first email to Sue,who made the booking so easy ,and easy directions to the villa,will definitely be going back to stay. Excellent place to stay
What a magical place. The Villa was spotlessly clean, it was beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The facilities at the villa were great. If you wanted to cook, everything was there, if you wanted to eat out, the shops are on the door step. The location is just fab, 2-5 mins to everything you need. Bus stops, tazi or the little train that goes to Plaka, beach and harbour. Sue was just fabulous in answering all of my questions and I had many !! Rose and Fred were just great, re tips and keeping the place and pool clean whilst we were there, what lovely people to know that they are there if you need them. Great bonus not having to pack beach or bathroom towels. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too, just what you need and Sue was so thoughtful, as she brought a nut free cake from the UK to be included in the welcome pack as my daughter has a nut allergy. This is just a reflection of the service Sue and Steve look to offer. Manos the tazi man was great, there on time, very chatty and informative about what to do etc... The whole holiday gave us more that what we could have asked for. Just right for what we were looking for, the privacy of our own place. Thank you Sue and Steve, Fred and Rose for making out stay memorable.

Wonderful, excellent location
This is a little Gem, fantastic location. The Villa is spotless and very well looked after by the lovely Rose & Fred. On arrival we had a lovely welcome pack, inc a nice bottle of wine. The beds are very comfortable. The design of the villa is beautiful. The owner Sue was so helpful arranging taxis etc and answered very email very quickly, nothing seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property and we will certainly go back there again.Thanks Sue, Rose & Fred

Beautiful villa in perfect location
The viila is perfectly located, close to everything you need and is beautifully decorated throughout . Attention to detail and provision of home comforts is first rate. We were welcomed by Rose & Fred who showed us round and took care of pool maintenance and change of towels and bedding etc. Elounda is a beautiful resort. We have been twice now and can't wait to return again in future. Favourite place to eat is The Lotus Eaters but there isn't a bad restaurant in elounda so you can't really go wrong. Plaka is worth a visit just 5 mins away and we ate at The Carob Tree and the food was excellent there too. To summarise, Elounda is my first choice for a relaxing holiday and the Zoemaria villa is perfectly placed to make the most of your stay. 5 stars is the max I can give but would like say its worthy of more. Thanks to the owners , Sue and Steve for being so easy to communicate with and helpful. We ad the best holiday ever!

Villa Zoe Maria
My family and I enjoyed a lovely break in villa Zoe Maria in October. The villa is tucked away down a peaceful side street but only minutes away from the shops, restaurants and beach. All our needs were catered for in the villa which is modern, fully equipped and tastefully furnished. Elounda itself is a delightful resort where the locals are welcoming and keen to make your visit as good as they can. There are some nice places to eat and excellent supermarkets if you prefer to cook in. Sue was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with .I can recommend this villa wholeheartedly.

Great villa
Lovely villa, all new and very well presented, with the very important comfortable beds and aircon throughout. Located right in the middle of Elounda yet very peaceful setting and quiet. Easy walk (1 minute) to all bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Elounda municipal beach. Perfect for 2 couples (4 people). Had a great 2 week stay - thanks to Fred and Rose for keeping the villa and pool in such great condition, and to owner Sue for all your help and emails. This is our second visit to Elounda and wont be the last!

Fantastic house in central location.
We were met outside the entrance to the villa by Rose, who was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the house and amenities. We were very impressed with the high standards of the villa, Sue has done a fantastic job on the decor and furnishings. The bedrooms were very stylish with an en suite shower room in each which was very useful for a family of four. Sue had even arranged for a small gift for our 2 daughters which they very much appreciated. The house is about a 2 min walk from the centre of Elounda with beaches, supermarket and a large number of restaurants. I would definitely rent this villa again if we ever returned to Elounda and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.
