"This little apartment was perfect for my stay in San Antonio while attending a conference. Check in was easy and the host was beyond hospitable. I walked to the conference every morning (15 minutes to the conference center) and took an uber back at night ($6 ride!). The bathroom is beautiful and the balcony was lovely as well!"

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back...

There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. "The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs.
