Allerdings war der Kühlschrank sehr laut im Zimmer und in der Dusche war der Wasserdruck gering, so dass man mit einer Löwenmähne Schwierigkeiten hatte das Shampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen. Aber sonst einwandfrei und sauber und die Küchenausstattung hochwertig, auch war unser grosszügig. "

"The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."

"This is a lovely studio apartment and I recommend it to others. It’s in an ideal location to visit the Harz mountains. The room is well equipped and in a very quiet location but walking distance into town. The owners were there to greet us on arrival. They are a lovely friendly couple."

"Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt ganz gut gefallen und zum übernachten hat es gereicht. Leider war uns das Bett etwas zu klein schätze so 140 cm. Der Fernseh Empfang war leider Mega schlecht so das wir die ersten beiden Tage Garkein TV schauen konnten. Die Wohnung Ansich war sauber und ordentlich."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schönend sauber. Gut Einrichtung, schönes Bad, ausreichend Geschirr. Im Haus Hit es ein Schwimmbad und eine Sauna zur freien Benutzung. Die Nutzung der Kegelbahn und der Dartscheiben ist gegen Gebühr. Der Kurpark, die Seibanhn und der Baumwipfelpfad sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Im Haus gibt es auch einen Brötchenservice. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Wir waren vom 30.12.2023 bis 02.01.2024 in der Wohnung De Luchs. Die Wohnung ist schick und gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna haben wir gern genutzt. Am Kiosk im Haus kann man Brötchen bestellen, es gibt sogar Gepäckwagen,mit denen man seine Koffer in die Wohnung transportieren kann. Sie Wohnung ist sehr ruhig,trotz des nahen Fahrstuhls. Das vorhandene Boxspringbett und die Kissen sind super bequem. Der elektrische Sessel im Wohnbereich ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen....
