"Love the value you get here and the staff could not be nicer and more helpful- the only issue we had was with opening up an open charge amount for the Atlantis which is cashless- when you put an ant on your credit card the deal is that you don’t need to bring the card to the property but not every area in Atlantis honors that also a reminder to make sure your card is activated daily so you can use it freely at the participating stores within the resort along with the food courts - this was a problem for us daily and we finally just brought a credit card with us so we could purchase food etc. - I would suggest just doing that from day one so you don’t get to the resort with no card or cash and have an issue with it. - otherwise this is my 3rd stay there and it was clean and so convenient to the Atlantis plus the wrist band for the day is a polis for young families who can’t afford Atlantis resort pricing. Staff and management all wonderful and so friendly. "

"The property is wonderful, but the people are the highlight! First, we met Taj. Upon arrival, he took care of our bags and immediately made us feel like we were being welcomed by family. Pam, at the front desk treated us like VIP guests, even though we were staying in one of smaller rooms for only 3 days. We were early for check in, so we went to the Blue Sail restaurant at the back of the property for lunch and a Kalik! Our bartender was Shakira. She was so much fun and once again, we felt like we were the most important guests in the place. Finally, we met Kyle, an engineer at the property. Every day, Kyle went out of his way to greet us and spend a little time with us. He even climbed a tree to get us a fresh coconut that he skillfully cut open a served to us with a straw. Any place can keep their property clean and presentable. It is rare to find a place where every single person that you encounter adds another level of enjoyment to your visit. As soon as one smile fades, you run into someone else who put another one on your face! If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay in Nassau, we can recommend Sandyport Beach Resort enough. If you go, tell everyone we said hello!! "
