Everything is here – you will find yourself stepping out and strolling to everything in this great Premier location of Hyde Park/Goodwood/Unley and only 3kms to the city of Adelaide – 30 minute walk away or 5 minutes by the local bus. Excellent public transport options of bus, tram or train. Only a 15 minute taxi trip from airport (approximately $25.) and a 15 minute walk to the Adelaide Showgrounds.

To the left of you - :a short walk away is King William Road, Hyde Park – get your morning breakfast at one of the many cafes or the very popular Hyde Park Bakery – almost across the road. Shop at one of the many boutique fashion and home shopping options, get your hair cut, take a yoga class, get a facial or pick up a sweet treat at the local French patisserie. Return again later in the evening for some fantastic dinner options at one of the many restaurants or treat yourself at one of the Dessert Bars. The Hyde Park Tavern is your local pub - for some chef inspired meals and a cool drink or two and only 5 minutes walk away.

To the right of you - a short walk away Goodwood Road with its bohemian vibe - see a movie at the restored Art Deco Historical cinema that is The Capri Cinema and then visit the Two Sisters wine bar or Tapas Bar across the road. Eating in then no problem the home is fully equipped and there is a great IGA supermarket (reasonably priced) and food/bottle shopping precinct nearby. If you are a Vegan there are some great food options nearby ……Cherry Darlings Bakehouse – 20 minutes’ walk or few minutes by car and the popular Eggless Dessert Bar. Further along is the Goodwood Park Pub and the Sunday Food Markets and Adelaide Showground for various events.

If you are travelling North or South then the public transport links are excellent. Your choice of Bus or Tram to the city in 5 minutes. The recent Tram Extension to North Terrace makes this an excellent choice for those visiting the Adelaide Central Market, main city hub/Rundle Mall Shopping, Cricket, Football, Casino and Festival goers or those wishing to visit the east end - Zoo, Museum, Botanic Gardens Art Gallery or for practical reasons for the various Adelaide Universities or RAH hospital. Beach goers visiting Glenelg can hop on the Tram for a 20minute ride. Buses on Goodwood Road will take you direct to Flinders Medical Centre/University in 20 minutes.

Huge selection of Restaurants, Cafes and Bars, Fashion and Homeware shopping and Supermarket and for the kids there are two great parks nearby including the new Ninja Obstacle Course at the playground at Heywood Park - only 10 minutes walk way.

A large allocated car space is provided right next to the rear gate of the home (no other cars park next to you). Use your car for day trips to the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Goolwa, Victor Harbor or the Adelaide Hills which are easily accessed from the home and vary from 20 mins to Adelaide Hills to 1hr drive to Goolwa.

The home is a fully equipped, functioning, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Overhead fans in the bedrooms and split system (both heating and cooling) provided in the lounge room which keeps the home comfortable. We provide quality linens, electric blankets and numerous bed coverings to suit your temperature. A welcome pack of essentials for your first few days and we provide a coffee pod machine so you can enjoy your morning coffee in one of the private courtyards of the home.

The home comes with free Wi-Fi & Netflix Ready/Smart TV Options.

The apartment has two small private courtyards and free off-street parking in a large allocated car park next to the rear gate of the home (no other cars park next to you) Far enough away from the main Adelaide city hub (30 minutes’ walk away) or 5 minutes by bus or tram.

Great stay in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay at this property in millswood. The place was clean and just lovely, with private outdoor spaces too. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants/cafes, and also to the bus stop which takes you straight to the city. 15 minute walk to main shopping centre in Unley which has Woolworths etc (all the basics you’d need). 10-15 min walk to the tram stop that takes you to Glenelg beach as well. The host Kris was great in providing an easy check in and check out process, and was always available to answer any questions we messaged with. I would highly recommend this property and the location it’s in for anyone wanting to visit Adelaide.

Located just 4 km from Adelaide's CBD and a short walk to public transport and many restaurants and fast food outlets, this well appointed apartment ticks all boxes. Great location but property is getting 'a bit past it's used by date'
I have never used this service before and usually stay at 4 (not 5) star hotels. If I had traveled with my wife I would have stayed at an hotel. However I traveled with a business partner and only used the space to put our head down for the night. We liked the fact that we could just walk down the road and get a coffee and breakfast. We even walked into the city to pick up our hire car the first day. Great location!

This property may be modest but it was clean and tidy and the location was perfect for us. The suburb is delightful. We were able to walk to everything we were there for and if you needed to go further then transport is easy to find in Adelaide.
