"My husband and I stayed for 3 days to celebrate his 65th birthday. We enjoyed being close to the lake and loved using the dock which had kayaks, chairs, a grill, fishing poles, and shade. We were there during the week and mostly had the entire area to ourselves. We saw lots of deer, a snake, rabbits, and two bald eagles. It is quite out of the way -- we were able to find the place ok but road construction the next day was a worry as our son was supposed to come up and it wasn't clear whether...

"Lovely accommodations, very comfortable bed and great towels (I often judge a place by the quality of the towels). Everything was clean and tidy. Suggestions: make the entrance from Walnut St more obvious, make the numbers on the mail box more visual, especially at night. Also perhaps paint the bottom of the stairs in a bright color. "We were celebrating my sister-in-law’s 60th birthday. This was PERFECT! We went wine tasting during the day, then were able to come home and walk to dinner reservations, hang out with friends on our roof top deck and walk to the farmer’s market. The amenities were well-appointed with a Keurig, coffee and creamer. The condo was clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!"

"Great place centrally located and walking distance to downtown with tons of shops and restaurants. The place was really great for two couples with one couple downstairs and the other upstairs. We couldn't hear each other at all. Plenty of off street parking that is super safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"This was my second time staying here. I’m sure it won’t be my last. I come to town for an event every year at about this time. Glad I found this place last year. A lovely, wooded, quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for one or two. Absolutely quiet and peaceful. Attentive, responsive hosts. An added bonus are the bakery treats on the kitchen counter when you show up. I’ll be back next year!"

"What a beautiful little cottage. Everything was clean and ell arranged. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. I loved the amenities. It was so nice walking my dog around the neighborhood. People are so friendly! I love ❤️ the cool beach community vibe. I would definitely book this property again. "We had an amazing time at this residence, it was the perfect little getaway place! I liked how close it was to the Embarcadero shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the Morro Bay Rock. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation from our host - it made it so much easier to find good restaurants. We'd stay here again for sure if we're up this way again. Thank you!!"
