Villa Eleonora is Ideal for golf lovers (a few meters away) and sea lovers (the ocean is right in front!). Laundry room and fourth service room are in the basement with their own bathroom (ideal for a babysitter or children). Bed linen, and bath and pool towels provided. The Villa is housed in an elegant and quiet urbanization a few steps from the Costa Adeje golf course and overlooks the beautiful beaches of the south coast of Tenerife (Playa del Duque, Playa de la Enramada and many others). Two kilometers away is the town of La Caleta, with its bars and restaurants. The Teide volcano, which dominates the island, offers unique opportunities for hiking, parascending, and cycling. A few Kms nearby there is the Siam Park, one of the best waterparks in the world, and nonetheless, the Loro Parque natural park, where among the fantastic attractions, in twinning with the waterpark of the city of Miami, offers shows with dolphins, sealions and killer whales.

Great villa and location
A lovely villa, well equipped and clean, nice pool and plenty of loungers. AC where needed and a lovely balcony to the master bedroom as well. Good location 20 minutes from Tenerife South airport, secure parking below the property too. Great communication and response from the agents too.

heated pool was great. Inside not really 4 bedrooms one in basement no windows
I couldn’t come back here because the 4th bedroom had no windows ,was in basement, stank of urine from portable toilet being used by workmen at the property and is a carbon monoxide/ fire risk for certain For 6700 euros I think I would have expected a welcome pack of groceries etc but nothing provided. I have a 5 bedroom house in France that I let out for lower price than this villa, I provide a welcome pack - it costs so little and is worth so much to customers arriving late or with small children like us. Please pass this comment back to the owners/rental company

Lovely Villa
Lovely villa in a quiet spot outside of La Caleta (20 mins walk). Lovely space and views of the sea. Villa needs a bit of TLC - floors were very dirty, glass wall behind the pool needs cleaning so you can appreciate the views - but in general it was a lovely villa.

Location calm, though lots of construction works in adjacent houses, reasonably clean, little worn out, manager response slow, some issues with water drainage, should be at least basic pack (salt, sugar, water,etc) for newcomers - costs A dozen of euros, but adds a lot to the welcome, plus there should be info on type of coffee machine, etc so that it can be bought in advance although some caplets could help for the first morning. Reasonable thing, just a little care would help a lot

The property was very nice but if arriving late will need to ask for provisions to be left which is an option. We enjoyed our stay but was very disappointed that the pool was NOT HEATED as promised. given the inclement weather I think this was a necessity. You will need to take your own beach towels.

Great villa with excellent facilities, and views.
This is a very fine spacious property ideal for family groups or friends, close to all the amenities one wants on holiday. Being away from the crowds is why one chooses this high quality and not inexpensive property. The downside is the building works going on around it, and the related noise and traffic. Road parking isn’t always easy and there is the danger of a passing blow from a dumper truck or lorry (the access barrier to the underground parking didn’t function). There are no basic rations provided on arrival i.e. milk, tea, salt/pepper, coffee so either bring you own or a good shop on the way from the airport is a must - not easy if you are on a late flight. The pool,with its sun loungers, is fabulous. La Caleta, a 5 minute drive away, has good restaurants which are popular so early arrival is recommended (table booking doesn’t always work!).

Relaxing Holiday
Lovely house with good vibe and atmoshphere. Great outdoor space with spotless and easy to use BBQ. Kids loved the pool and, apart from a short neighbourhood wide outage, Wifi was fast, stable and strong enough to stream and download. We got a VPN and were able to stream UK channels through the TV. The house is very spacious with several different areas for sitting and eating. We loved the dining room that could be completely opened up and enjoyed eating breakfast in the lovely nook in the kitchen. Air conditioning throughout worked perfectly and was very welcome. We were too lazy to walk into La Caletta but got taxi (5 euros) most evenings and enjoyed some lovely meals overlooking the sea. We also had pizza delivered to the house. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Luxury Villa with Great Views
We just got back from a 2 week stay in Tenerife. We were 2 families with each 2 children. There was more than enough space for the 8 of us. My teenagers were happy with their private basement. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and outside gas or coal barbeque. The outside area was fantastic with lovely views and a large heated pool. It is an easy 20 minute walk down to the town of La Caleta. Also easy to get a taxi up if required. We ate out a few times at the C&M trattoria (newly furbished Italian restaurant opposite Char). There are some great top restaurants in town. We did all our shopping at the Mercadona, 5 minutes drive up the hill. In the nature reserve below the house there is a fabulous naturally white sand beach. Also good for snorkeling. Quite a climb down and back up though but definitely worth it. Also the walk along the cliffs from the beach to the town of La Caleta is stunning. We found this a great location to explore the island from. Central yet still quiet with easy access to restaurants , shops and beaches.

Another fantastic holiday at family friendly villa! Ilaria and Samil first class!
Beautiful villa! We did taxi run to Siam Mall for groceries and lunch out. We then alternated BBQ at villa one night and restaurants the other and had a great time!!! There is a small well run shop in nearby Villa Maria resort which provides basic supplies - 10 mins walk. Sun deck and pool amazing! Ilaria and Samil first class. All good!

Wonderful Villa in Perfect Location
Have just returned from 2 weeks staying at this Lovely Villa in Adeje Llaria has been fantastic from my first enquiry to the day we left The Villa is in the perfect location just a 20 minute walk down to La Caleta , just off the golf course There is a great Beach Bar at La Caleta that is really friendly , great food and a different band most nights from around 5pm Also Char and Trattoria C & M are both great restaurants in La Caleta but you have to book a week in advance We played Golf at Adeje which is a fabulous course and the Tandem fly is an absolute must , we went with Tenerfly, and I cannot rate them highly enough , super professional, and really good fun We had originally booked for a week , but the weather was great and we were enjoying ourselves and villa so much that we extended our stay for another week , which again was so easy to do with Llaria Thanks to Samilt who greeted us when we arrived at the villa and was just a phone call away if we needed anything We use HomeAway to book most of our trips and this has been the best thanks to Llaria and Samilt Will definitely be staying with you again

Beautiful villa in a quiet setting with amazing views.
This villa is in a great location with views over looking the golf course and sea. I would recommend hiring a car if staying here as the village is 25 mins walk downhill. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the gas bar b q a few times, which was spotless. Even if you draw the short straw for which bedroom you have, ( as we did) you will not be disappointed, they are clean, comfy and plenty of wardrobe space. The outside space is fantastic, we were a party of 8 and there were enough sun beds with cushions for everyone to comfortably sit round the heated very well kept pool, as well as plenty of seating and dining areas. La calleta village has many wonderful restaurants and if you like a cooked English I recommend James’s Place. The whole process of booking with HomeAway and the villas owner Llaria has been very professional and stress free. 10/10

Excellent villa was ideal for 8 adults. The location is beautiful as is the local area La Caletta.
Really enjoyed our week at this villa. My only complaint was we were 8 adults and there was only 5 sun loungers around the pool. The villa was immaculately clean with all kitchen facilities you could need. However I would recommend a bigger fridge or an extra one!! Everything was as described. The location was very quiet, short walk into village La Caletta, which was stunning. The pool was heated and beautiful, the outside space was beautifully maintained. Was in a secure/safe area with keypad entry. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank You

Excellent family holiday. So good, I waited until I had rebooked for next year prior to posting review. Ilaria and Samilt provided first class advice and assistance. Walked to restaurant at night and local taxi home. Used internet shopping service for food supplies. Used quality gas bbq when we decided to have dinner at villa. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing Luxury Villa for a relaxing family holiday
Reluctantly just returned from a stay in this fantastic Villa. From initial communication, arrival and our stay was all without a single issue thanks to Ilaria and Samilt. The Villa is everything you would expect of luxury accommodation and more. If you intend to do a lot of cooking then the Villa is well equipped with a good kitchen and one Gas and one Coal BBQ and there are three supermarkets nearby. A car is an advantage but taxis are available to get around if you prefer. Ideal for a great family vacation, good food, socialising, fun in the private pool, peace & quite and complete relaxation soaking up the sun on the patio.... what more could you ask for?

Nice villa in a nice location
Very nice villa. Plenty of space inside and outside, lovely bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipt with everything you would need. The heated pool was great and was cleaned in the middle of our stay. The location was great, it is based very close to good towns but far enough away that you can't hear a noice at night!! A car is a definite must, but this is a great way to see many more parts of the island! Would definitely stay again :)

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem Meerblick
Das moderne Reiheneckhaus ist ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Garten und angenehm temperierten Pool. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nachteilig sind die eher kleinen Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer im Keller ist ohne Tageslicht. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung ist schierig. Auf Anfragen wurde mit Ausnahme von Anfang nicht geantwortet. Der defekte Sonnenschirm daher auch nicht ersetzt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Toller Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool.
Ein wirklich schöne Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Vom Pool /Garten hat man einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Allerdings braucht man bei der Lage ein Mietwagen, da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die gute Küchenausstattung und der Grill ermöglichen auch eine gute Selbstversorgung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Sicht
Sind schon seit 10 Jahren immer 2 Monate auf Teneriffa , mit wechselnden guten Häusern und mit ein bisschen spanischer Toleranz. Mängel werden schnellstens beseitigt. Sind 2021 wieder da.
