Luxurious Chalet for 6 people, Wifi, private heated pool, at 8 min to the beach

The villa is located 7 minutes from Golf Costa Adeje and 8 minutes from the nearest beach (by car).

The area is very quiet and allows you to rest and relax enjoying the day with friends and family.

The terrace offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastal cities.

The private pool is heated and is 'infinity' type (pool Inifinity). the pool is 8m x 4m. The pool is provided of a cover which is very useful for keeping the pool warm enough. The heating of the pool is lit from October to May and runs automatically from 9:00 until 17:00. You may also put in function 24h with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The pool heating function can be put also in the summer, 10 euros per day from 9:00 to 17:00. and 15 euros per day 24h.

It is ideal for tourists who do not want to be away from the tourist cities, but want to enjoy peace and privacy, away from mass tourism accommodation.

The villa is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, pool towels and linen;
- Television with Spanish channels, English, German and French;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, Hair Dryer and Safe.

From the lounge you can enjoy a unique view of the Atlantic and the island 'La Gomera'. In 8 minutes you get to the beach or the golf course (driving).

The house is ideal for families with children, but also perfect for families without children.

the house has a large bedroom with a bathroom en suite (shower). The two other two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The living room has a dining table for 6 people. For younger have high chairs, cribs if necessary.

Fantastic villa!

An amazing stay!
We recently spent a week at this villa in Adeje and it was amazing! The house was pretty clean, had everything we needed and Alessandro (the host) was always available anytime. The pool was perfectly heated, making it enjoyable even on cooler days. The location is quiet and an ideal gateway for exploring both the south and northwest of the island. What's more, the villa offered stunning views and sunset on La Gomera. We recommend this Villa!

Just perfect, this place has some magic to it specially for its views. House is modern and has everything you need. It is spacious and bright. Location is perfect to explore the island, you just need a car. We will be back!!

The villa is situated on a hill that overlooks the water with beautiful sunsets. It is extremely quiet and the villa is exceptionally clean. A very relaxing vacation with lots of time in the pool.

Amazing!
We had an amazing time at the villa, spotless with everything you need, very family friendly as all on the level, beautiful views, although a car is very much needed to get to town etc we loved being in the peace and quiet, we would highly recommend!

Excellent stay in a beautiful villa
Beautiful, modern villa with an excellent view. Bit of a narrow, winding road up to the villa but well worth it once you get there. Host was very friendly, responsive and resolved any issues quickly. Very peaceful area with a beautiful pool. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect family vacation
We spent one week in this beautiful villa and really enjoyed every minute. Perfect location with amazing view over La Gomera and great infinity pool. Everything was well equipped, the villa has been decorated with style and love for details. Communication with the host was very caring and he helped us with every request instantly. We will definitely come back.

This property is in an awesome location with great views of the sunset. The pool can be heated which was absolutely fantastic for our kids. Ale is a great host and is clearly passionate about his guests. Five stars all round.

Perfect place to relax
Absolutely amazing view, heated pool which we were never out of, and just a location that was so peaceful it was a little bit of paradise! The property is up a windy long hill which was a bit in nerving but well worth it for the views and the property itself. Very clean, brilliant if any issues and would definately recommend this place for a relaxing holiday. We will be back! Thankyou 😀

Beautiful views in a quiet location
We stayed here in August 2023 and had a wonderful holiday. The Villa is a short drive up the mountain and like other reviews have mentioned I would recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around and shopping etc. The Villa was immaculately clean and well presented and the views are breath-taking. As a family of five with children aged 6,11 and 15 it was ideal having our own space and pool and I would love to go back to this villa again one day. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Wow!
Very good host! There was a little construction work at the site next to the house. The owner was very concerned about possible inconveniences. He even put a blanket in the wheelbarrow to avoid any noise. The house was great, clean and well taken care off. Communication with the owner was always fast and without any problems. We really recommend this place!

Great Villa, exactly as described on listing!
Villa is modern, spacious & private with a good sized infinity pool. Lovely garden for the children to play & fantastic views over the ocean! A 10 minute drive down the mountain and you are in the centre of Costa Adeje at the beach. Plenty of supermarkets within 5 minute drive. Very friendly host who was always available on WhatsApp and helped straight away when we had a few issues with pool heating. Will definitely be returning next year!

Beautiful Villa
The villa is absolutely beautiful. The garden space is the best part of it with an amazing view and lots of lounging space by the pool. The villa has everything you need including towels for showers and pool. The pool is a great size and can be heated too. The location is far from most things and you need taxis to get to the towns. However only 15 minutes drive to main towns which is ideal. Taxis are easy to get so this wasn’t an issue. Villa is clean and well maintained.

We had the best time staying in this villa, we were actually next door in Villa Zafrio, which was perfect for us. The layout of the villa and extra bathroom ensured 4 adults and a teenager had enough space to relax and chill but we also loved the many and varied options for dining/hanging out together. As per other reviews, these villas are idea for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Adeje-Fañabé, but want the ability to access it easily by car. It is so peaceful up there and the views are spectacular. Alessandro is a great host, really attentive and takes an interest in ensuring your needs are met without being intrusive. We will definitely be coming back.

What a great villa
First - some concerns were raised about the road up; not a problem, road was surfaced and wide enough for 2 cars - except Rosas (the last 500 metres). The villa - immaculate - everything that one could want from a rental. The pool was classic, superb view and, with villa up in the hills, there was often a cool breeze. (We were there in August). The owner - Alessandro - most helpful. Only one problem - the electric access gate would not close on one occasion. A straight round and fixed within the hour. For a peaceful luxury holiday, we have not found better. Highly recommended.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht
Unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war unkompliziert und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man für die Ferienzeit braucht, das Haus war sauber, der Check-Inn dank Keysafe unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war herzlich und kompetent.

A little piece of heaven!
Amazing villa, location is perfect- peaceful and private but only 10 mins drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful when we needed help with a suitcase lock and answered all questions so promptly, even though he was away on holiday. Beds were really comfortable and the villa had everything you need. Pool is perfect for adults but a little deep for small children in my opinion. I would suggest some bottled water is left for late night arrivals. Would definitely recommend for 2/3 couples or family with older children…We are already planning to return in March.

Super Ferienhaus mit genialem Blick
Dieses Haus ist auf den Fotos absolut authentisch. Ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war. Der Kontakt war dezent und hatte auch etwas humorvolles. Wir haben uns ringsum wohlgefühlt. Die Straße zum Ferienhaus ist gut ausgebaut, wird aber das letzte Stück etwas eng und unübersichtlich, aber lösbar und man wird mit dem Blick aus dem Infinitypool und den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen belohnt. Jedoch gab es auch kleine, sehr sehr kleine Abstriche: Einen Flachenöffner haben wir „gesponsert“, ein Korkenzieher haben wir vermisst, ebenso eine Drahtbürste für den Grill und neben der Grillzange wäre auch Grillbesteck schön gewesen. All das waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die dem Gesamterlebnis keine Schmälerung antun. Wie schon gesagt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Estancia espectacular
La propiedad corresponde totalmente a la descripción. Las vistas y la piscina son espectaculares. LA casa se encuentra en las afueras, lo que le da una tranquilidad añadida. A la vez esta a menos de 15 en coche de los lugares importantes del sur de la isla (Siam Park, Playa Los Gigantes, Playa Las Vistas, etc. El equipamiento esta muy bien, incluyendo sillas de jardín y tumbonas en la piscina. El anfitirion se encontraba realizando obras en una propiedad cercana y ha estado muy pendiente de nuestro bienestar en la casa. Nosotros (Grupo de 7 personas y un bebe) hemos estado genial y volveremos.
