Not 3 rooms, not 2 bedrooms
First of all, the villa has at ground floor one bedroom, one and a half bathroom, one livingroom and one kitchen. Outside the villa, upstair, it is another room, with bathroom and kitchen right there in the room, witch is not a bedroom, by the way...E. from Interhome is not speeking English....and the owner of the villa is living right there in the back of the villa and is everyday in the garden, watching you...in the end of our stay they didn 't want to give back the 200 Eur guarantee...

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause
Kaum zu glauben aber wahr. Es gibt sie die Oase inmitten der quirligen Stadt Adeje in der man Ruhe und Geborgenheit finden kann. Das dieses Haus von einem Deutschen erbaut wurde, der etwas von Architektur verstanden hat, spürt man in jedem Winkel dieses Hauses, sodass man schon nach wenigen Tagen hier nicht mehr weg gehen möchte. Zu erwähnen bleibt der liebevoll gepflegte Garten der ungemein sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Besitzerin dieses Hauses. Wir kommen garantiert bald wieder.

On arrival we had to go out at 11pm to get water to have a drink! Needs a welcome pack of useful items! Property needs updating and a proper 2nd bedroom with bed,not a good idea of the owner coming onto the property each day felt as though we were being watched,1st day we were there we were more or less told how to switch lights off! 10am is little early to be out the house on last day! A. was lovely he was so apologetic there was no water there on arrival for us, we won't be back

Villa très spacieuse et bien située
Très belle et grande villa pour 4 personnes.Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. L' aménagement intérieur donne vraiment l'impression de vivre dans une maison typique des Canaries loin des complexes touristique sans âmes. La possibilité de stationnement de la voiture dans l'enceinte de la propriété est vraiment très appréciable. Seul point négatif, l'eau est régulièrement trouble au robinet, probablement lié à distribution d'eau sur l'île. Achetez de eau en bouteille de 8 litres

2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus
Sehr schönes Haus, wir waren zu zweit und haben den Platz sehr genossen drinnen wie draußen. Die Besitzerin wohnt nebenan ist sehr nett und bemüht das man eine schöne Zeit hat und sich wohlfühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und es auch weiter empfehlen.

Sauberkeit: Finca war ungeputzt außer die Bäder, aber ... Kühlschrank unbenutzbar, Staub und Wollmäuse, Schränke von innen staubig inkl. der Bügel viel zu geringer Wasserdruck bei WCs u. Duschen, Gelegentliche Gartenpflege:Fast tägl. durch Eigentümerin, Garten voll einsehbar, keine Privatsphäre Gartenstuhl ging zu Bruch, Auflagen zerschlissen, unbequeme Liegen nur 2 Schlüssel für d. Finca Torautomatik: Bis zu 10 Versuche beim Öffnen u. Schließen WLAN nur im EG
