House situated in the middle of Playa de Las Américas. Excellent location in a quiet area. It is in a one way street with a beautiful walk way, one way takes you to Bahía del Duque and the other to the port of Los Cristianos. Located virtually in front of the sea. A 3 minutes walk to the beach and great views from our terrace which is located on the roof, just 5 minutes away from Puerto Colón.We are also 3 minutes away from all the local services, chemist, bus stop, taxi, hospital, supermarket, etc.

Excellent Bungalow
Family stay with 3 small kids - really spacious and very secure accommodation, especially the outdoor area for kids. It has everything you need and more, even the selection of TV channels is really good. Amazing location, nice quiet pool. Excellent host. Highly recommend

Las Flores complex
It took a few days to sort out several issues but eventually everything was resolved. The kitchen was quite small and cooking with two hot plates and a tabletop oven took some getting used to. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of nice towels, a/c good and lovely spacious patio with sun beds, table and chairs. Parts of the garden needed weeding and tidying up but the established flowers and plants round the property were lovely. The swimming pool was good with plenty of spare sun loungers. Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Marcin responded very quickly to any queries we had and was very helpful. After 6 weeks here it was beginning to feel like home and we have already booked for 2025. I would agree with a previous review that the table and swivel chair in the front bedroom takes up too much room and bedside tables are old fashioned. Photos on the website need updating.

Fijn appartement, centraal gelegen in een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Heerlijk terras en 3 fijne slaapkamers. Maria was de beheerder en contactpersoon. Een heel prettig mens en heel communicatief. Ontvangst samen met Trevor, mooie rondleiding en uitleg over alles gehad van ze. Bij vertrek aan het eind van ons verblijf stond ze erop om ons met haar eigen auto naar ons volgende appartement in Los Christianos te brengen. Ze verbood ons een taxi te bellen… supergoede service en ontzettend aardig!

très bon séjour en famille la situation de la villa est top , petit bémol la vaisselle est un peu juste pour 6 personnes manque des plats, des saladiers ,moule a tarte , etc , un double de clés serait parfait ,sinon tout était très bien avec un temps magnifique ,Cordialement

Spacious bungalow
The bungalow is very spacious, with 3 double bedrooms and was exceptionally clean. The location is superb being only a short walk to the many bars/restaurants/supermarkets and the sea. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus
Der Aufenthalt war gut. Sehr gute, kompetente und freundliche Unterstützung durch die Ansprechpartner*in vor Ort. Das Haus ist - je nach Bedarf - ausreichend groß. Für mehr als 2 Personen sollten vielleicht noch Liegen auf der Terrasse zur Verfügung stehen. Die gesamte Anlage und auch das Haus waren sehr gut gesichert und gepflegt. Die zentrale Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Bushaltestelle ist echt gut. Leider war es teilweise relativ laut durch die Nachbarn der anliegenden Häuser sowie durch die großen Hotels, z. B. bei Pool-Parties. Wer aber zum Strand geht und abends unterwegs ist, wird davon vermutlich kaum etwas mitbekommen.

Great location and property
Easy check in, communication with the owner was easy. Good facilities throughout the property. Air con worked well in the bedrooms and pool area was decent. Would use again if in Tenerife. Central location, lots of shops restaurants and bars. 10min walk to the waterpark

Sehr schönes Haus, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig
Wir hatten eine Woche dieses Haus gebucht. Alles war wie beschrieben. Ruhig und doch zentral, zum Strand wares es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Auch gibt es einen Parkplatz, was sehr angenehm ist, da wir immer ein Auto gemietet haben. Einen großen Dank an Marcin , der uns mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite stand.

Ons 14daagse verblijf was met 2 volwassenen en 4 kids van 18 jaar. Ligging was perfect, dichtbij bushalte, winkels, restaurants, strand, zwembad... Bungalow was voor ons perfect. Niks op aan te merken. Heel vriendelijke host, perfect op tijd bij aankomst en vertrek. Wasmachine, airco, microgolf...

Perfect 2 week family holiday
Can't find any major faults. Only a couple of small things wrong. No hot water in 2cd bathroom. And a bit smelly in there also. Not a problem for us, but needs sorting really. Check in and communication with host brilliant. Always answered texts. Only a short walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for good night's sleep. No noise. Air conditioning works well. WiFi very good. Thankyou Martin and Alex for a great place to stay.

The place was perfekt for a relaxing week. The location was in walking distance to everything (supermarkets, beach, restaurants). The kitchen was fully functional, clean bathrooms and closet space.

Wonderful bungalow at perfect location
We have had an excellent stay at Las Flores. Service we experienced from Marcin was most kind and helpful. Walk to the beach is 3 minutes, plenty of supermarkets at a close range, 5 minute walk max. House and garden are lovely, but we mostly loved the sun terrace on the roof, where we enjoyed the last sunrayes of the day! Description of the house was correct, except that there really isn't an oven, so that should be taken away from the discription. Photo's of the bungalow were a bit outdated, as work has been done on the terrace in the garden and the floor in the house. And there is some new (outdoor) furniture, so it was even better than the pictures showed! Small word of advice to the owner: remove the desk from the smaller bedroom. You can't use it other than for storage, as you can't move the chair because of lack of space. Just the dresser would be enough as far as we are concerned. Absolutely recommend this place! You will love it!

Great place to stay with a really nice terrace and a very short walk to all beaches, restaurants and pubs! Marcin was great and very friendly, the bungalow was professionally cleaned before we arrived, there’s really nothing negative to say it was all brilliant!

Las Flores Bungalows
The bungalow was beautiful and in a great location and I would definitely return there. But there are a couple of improvements that can be made. First of all there are only 2 sun loungers and there were % people in our group The 2 on the sun roof were very brittle and unable to be used. The steps going to the roof terrace need to be safer, my elderly parents would have been unable to use them.

Excellent experience, super smooth booking with Alex, and very efficient check in with Marcin who met us to let us in and show us around. We loved the bungalow. Perfect location, clean, spacious and really secure with high gates and an alarm system, with everything on one level which is brilliant (and safe) for children. . Good sized rooms, plenty of wardrobe space and lots of towels. Dishwasher and washing machine which always helps. Super fast broadband and tv channels, which was a touch during wind down periods for the family. Close to beaches, restaurants and amenities and 24 hour shops if needed. Big supermarket 5 minute walk away, to do the ‘big shop’ and also close enough for fresh bread / supplies everyday. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and very reasonably priced. The whole family was really happy with this rental, will definitely return!
