The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. We struggled first to get a shuttle, but then had someone help us and go out of their way to make it happen for us. The rooms are tidy and well equipped with everything needed. We preferred this hotel over the Swiss Nexus which we booked a week later for a night.

The room is decent for the price I paid, though it could use some maintenance. The bedside lamps aren't working, the bidet spray is outdated, and the paint on the walls is peeling. In short, the room's finishing needs attention. However, the bed is extremely comfortable, making it perfect for recovery after a long flight. The shower works great, with both hot and cold water functioning properly. All the hotel staff, from the receptionist to the bellboy, are courteous and helpful. Overall, it’s a good value for the money spent.

The hotel is nice, and the location is safe and walkable during night activities such as night clubs, bars, shopping malls etc. I didn't like about the gym; it needs more space and to be added with more equipment's.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, there was a band playing nearby, and the noise level was excessively loud, making it hard to relax or sleep. The breakfast provided was just okay, nothing particularly special but adequate. However, the biggest issue was the lack of hot water, which made showering an uncomfortable experience.
