"PROs: Renovated old house with lots of character and great detail. Roomy fenced yard, great for dogs (we ended up not bringing ours). Quaint neighborhood, ample driveway street parking. Very roomy for three couples (a 4th bedroom is available, but single beds). Each couple can enjoy privacy (bedrooms/ bathrooms on 1st & 2nd floor, and basement). Cool fireplace.CONs: My mother-in-law commented on cleanliness, which I noted can be an issue with most dog-friendly older houses. 1 mile to...

"The owners of this beautiful house always make our stay so perfect. This is our second time back and we will again be back. The property and house are set out in a beautiful spot. 15 minutes from Walla Walla University but out of town enough to get away from it all. I can’t recommend this house enough for people visiting the area."

"This property was everything it promised to be. It was also very clean which was much appreciated by 4 moms on a girls weekend. We also LOVED the little details like blankets everywhere, extra towels and even mints on pillows. Highly recommend"

"Gorgeous house in a very nice location. We walked to town a couple times, including home after dinner at night. Neighborhoods were attractive and felt safe. Parking was good. Cherie was a great host. Home very clean with nice touches to make us feel welcome and right at home. Would definitely reserve if needed in the future."

"Wonderful house for our family of four! Owners were great and very helpful. The house was the perfect size and very well equipped for a family with young children (ours were 4 & 6). The backyard was a great space to relax and play in. The location is close to all the key attractions in Walla Walla. Highly recommend!"

"The house was wonderful for the 8 of us (4 adults, 4 little kids). It was super fun and had unique decorations and we were especially excited to discover all of the musical instruments (especially the piano)! The kitchen was excellent, and we all had a great time in the hot tub, too! Really comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the Children's Museum (a short drive away)--such a treat to discover!"

"Family and friends came in to celebrate a milestone birthday and enjoy the wine scene in the Walla Walla area. The Whitman House was the perfect location to enjoy everything. Walkable to town and all it offered, minutes from wonderful wineries, a very comfortable home to start out your day in and come back to in the evening… Loved it and would love to come again. "

"We stayed for a night, check in was easy as well as check out. The house was very beautiful, spacious, clean and welcoming. There was plenty of amentities and as well as extra accommodations. Was a wonderful stay and you could tell the hosts took time to think of comfortably and convience."
