"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."

"Lovely onsens on top floor, nice spacious warm change rooms, nice relaxing lobby/lounge area, exceptional dinner, traditional Japanese with a touch western fusion and nice helpful staff. It was winter so it was cold to walk around, would love to come back Spring or Autumn "

"If you decide to stay at Sansuiso, you have made the right decision. This is a beautiful onsen, with a variety of different type of waters, pools on the edge of the river. We stayed in the Japanese room which is always spacious and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and do the half board (or dinner) it will be one of the best meals you may have ever eaten. The staff is so friendly and helpful. "

"Great first experience at Mt Inn. Definately the goto spot for anyone into Drifting or Extreme Sports! Just a nice hotel experience in general, were definitely coming back next trip! "

"Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place. "

"施設が古いのは否めませんが、清潔感があり清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方は皆落ち着いていて、とても感じの良い対応をしてくださいました。食事はとても美味しく品数が多く満腹になりました。特に朝食はお昼を過ぎてもほとんどお腹がすかないほどでした。出てくるタイミングも良かったと思います。スタッフの方の目配り気配りがすばらしかったです。"

"About 10-15 minutes from Iizaka Onsen station. The hotel is situated uphill & is a traditional construction w/spacious parking area. Check-in is easy & short, & staff is friendly & polite. Our room has mountain view & can hear water running downstream when window open. Quite serene! Our meal plan included breakfast & dinner (half board). "Yoshikawaya Ryokan was a very awesome experience. Everyone was very accommodating. Dinner had a very different & delicious varieties of foods. Our stay was very memorable. They also offer a shuttle to and from the station."

"The entire facility was beautiful. Even though the staff spoke very little English, they were extremely helpful and kind to us. The food at the restaurant was also delicious! The staff there were so amazing and walked us through everything. "

"歷史悠久的旅館，住起來很舒適。老闆的招待與問候非常熱情親切，提供的晚餐與早餐都很好吃。有兩間共用的大小浴室，都是很燙的溫泉，洗起來很過癮。從車站步行過來也不遠。晚上很安靜，雖然有點冷清，但這樣的悠閒氣氛也很棒。隔壁就是鯖湖湯。"

"Hotspring was very nice. I didnt stay due to the skiing aspect. But they are well equipped for it. Great quality of food for their breakfast and supper buffets. The staff were very kind even though i dont speak a lot of japanese. "
