"This was our second stay at the cozy cottage amd was just as enjoyable as the first time . Glenn and Melanie are very responsive and like to makesure their guests are comfortable and happy . We loved waking up on the lake and enjoyed the back deck and firepit. We look forward to renting here again in the future. P"

"We had a great time! The property fit all our needs for a winter ski trip. We have the Epic ski pass and were looking for a location to get us to some mountains that accept this pass. Mount Sunapee was a quick 15 minutes from the property and Crotched Mountain was 45 minutes. We enjoyed skiing at both! When we were not skiing, the cottage was a warm place to relax as a family. It had all the amenities we needed. We would consider visiting again in the summer to check out the lake!"

"This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. The TV and stove and sink are all small. Because it's a cabin! There are a few ants around, but there's Raid spray under the sink if you want to go that route. "This was the perfect cottage for a winter getaway. I was solo, but the home could have easily accommodated many more. I loved the vintage touches and had a nice time listening to the classic vinyl records while enjoying a glass of wine and watching it snow. I had dinner outside on the patio one night and the view was lovely. It is just a few minutes drive from Woodstock and Quechee and I visited both several times. "We started 2 nights while skiing at Okemo. It was a nice warm cozy spot to relax at the end of the day. Loved that it's a historic stone structure as well. Not to mention the covered bridge that you drive through on the way! "

"This lake house has it all. Views, nature, wildlife and so many things to do. Kayak, paddleboard, fishing, boating and so much more! Highly recommend! The host is top notch! "
