"There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs."

"This motel is situated within a small retail park so access and parking (with permit) is easy and it's not far from Kingston beach. Also, easy walk across the road to shops. The room is so big it could easily accommodate a king size bed. Everything required for a comfortable stay was provided. However, the switches for the bedside lights were not accessible from the bed and the room could have done with a mirror in addition to the one in the bathroom. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Bayview Villas. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were both modern and well-maintained. The views from our room were amazing. We appreciated the availability of laundry facilities, and the convenience of accessing towels and other amenities like coffee, sugar, and shampoo from the laundry room whenever needed. "This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in. We weren’t in the main house but were in the Watarah Cottage at the back of the back of the property. This building was free standing so was incredibly quiet. The kitchen was really well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and there was a whole separate dressing room to store luggage and other stuff. The breakfast in the main house was great…excellent service from Kathy! I highly recommend this place and would stay again if in Hobart. "

"This was the nicest accommodation that we had whilst in Tasmania for our holiday. It had everything that you need, and is very homely. A great find in Hobart! Will stay again.

"The 2-bed loft apartment was excellent. We were 2 adult couples, so appreciated the full bathroom and extra toilet/sink. It was very spacious. Only downside was the tight spiral staircase that lead to the mezzanine bedroom. There was no storage at all up there and only one bedside cabinet. The room really needs two, as well as drawers and/or wardrobe. Both beds were comfy. Whole apartment was super clean. We paid for overnight parking, it was very full but luckily they do have an overflow. We didn't eat onsite, but the breakfast buffet did look good. Sat at their bar one evening which was very pleasant. Will definitely stay there again."
