Only complaint was high, firm uncomfortable pillows. But softer, lower pillows ,better suited to our old necks were provided on request."

"We had an executive suite on the 15th floor, very comfortable and spacious with magnificent views across the harbour. Loved that it was flat walking to wharf, restaurants and Salamanca. Always something to see and do. Great cocktail bar on the ground floor to finish the days activities!"
