The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle.
