"This was both mine and my friends first time in Sicily so we had no idea what to expect. But what a delightful surprise this hotel was. The staff were all incredibly friendly, super helpful and always went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had drinks nearly every night at the beautiful terrace bar which has an amazing view over the ocean and on our last night, we had dinner there as well which was fantastic! There was live music and the food was incredible! The room was lovely....

"We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave. They insisted on showing us the room as they were convinced that once we would see the room we would decide to stay. The room's décor...

"No host to greet us which was fine, this is just a B and B. We found the key and let ourselves in, note left in door with our names and wifi code. We went out for a meal and came back to another note stating breakfast 8.00-9.30 am which was fine as we needed to leave at 8:30 to catch a flight. Host didn't arrive for breakfast until after 8:20 and we had to leave with only a coffee and an apple, not sure what else was on offer other than cake and juice so can't review the breakfast."

"This property was an excellent choice for my 10 day stay in Aci Trezza. The property manager greeted us upon arrival to let us in and to show us around. Home is exactly as pictured on the site. Very well decorated and very clean. Washer and dryer available for your use which was great to have if you’re a light packer. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries as well as a blow dryer. We were also greeted with cookies and snacks, as well as fresh fruit and water bottles. Host checked in...

"The apartment was nice and clean and in a good location, but the wifi did not work. There is only street parking and an arrangement to park at a nearby hotel. The GPS took us down a narrow steep alley that was the wrong location. It would have been very helpful to know that there is no place to park at the house and to have parking instructions in advance of arriving."
