Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. Once inside, a note awaited me on the desk, along with a bathroom key, a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe, and a tourist map. A follow up...

"We had the most beautiful stay at Palazzu Stidda, in fact we had only booked one night and the minute we walked inside the apartment we decided to book two more nights! The location was perfect, we found easy street parking every night and it is right next to the coolest bar in Catania. "L'appartement est agréable, il est simple mais fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse en ayant une vue splendide sur la mer. Le quartier est très calme et la place de parking est un plus pour la voiture de location. Son emplacement est idéal pour les visites et la proximité de commerces et restaurants. "These are the greatest hosts in the world. They were so calm and professional and the facilities are cleaner than my home. Immaculate! The kitchen is adequately provisioned. Shower and toilet …perfect. The terrace has views you can’t beat. There is even a bonus terrace above. Be prepared for a few stairs which are easily navigable (we are 70) convenient to markets too!I would have no problem staying again. Two difficulties It’s a little challenging to find but once you’ve got it figured out...
