"Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express New Iberia! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast had great options. However, the elevator stayed dirty for two days with spills, which was disappointing. Convenient location near Avery Island. Would definitely stay again but hope housekeeping improves in common areas."

"The current staff has been the nicest. We stay here at least twice a year. It would've been 5 star if they could finally get rid of the roaches. I will say we only saw 5 in a weeks time but that's still a lot. While I'm not at all comfortable with the bugs, It's better than the two other hotels next to it though who are raided with them yet cost $20 more a night. I feel like this hotel is in better condition than it was the last 2 years. "

"I booked 2 king bed suites. Although front desk staff sd one room was "upgraded" since the original booked room was not available they were both still wrong. One room had a full bed and a pull out couch. The other room was more like an apartment with a living room area and a jacuzzi tub.
