"Had a great stay here! Loved the pool, the room was clean and quiet from other guests. The ocean view from the rooms is beautiful. Best part is the convenience to downtown either by bike or the Island Explorer, we will definitely be back. "

"The room is spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Great location to the town and Acadia NP. The staffs were very welcoming, friendly and helpful . Christopher, the trip advisor, gave us very good suggestions for our trip which all came out great. The restaurant, West Street Cafe, that Christopher recommended, served wonderful food and the price was reasonable. "

"Real ocean view hotel and sunrise overlook if weather is good. Outdoor dining area is comfortable and pool is clean. Breakfast muffins is good, but this is the only one choice. Very nice and helpful staffs. No matter asking for extra towels, travel information, and anything, they help us quite effectively. Only AC is kind of old and not clean well. "

"This stay was amazing! The staff at the front desk were very friendly. I didn’t check in until 11:30pm and was the last check in of the day, which I’m sure was an inconvenience, but Eric at the front desk still greeted us with a smile and was very understanding and friendly. The room was impeccable when it came to cleanliness. It was also very updated with an LG smart tv. Good coffee was available all day and night in the front lobby. The room had a mini fridge, no microwave, but one was available in the lobby to use at anytime. Very good location. Walkable to nearby shops and only a five minute drive to Acadia National Park. The only minor inconvenience was the television would often disconnect from the internet, but this is typical for the area because of the spotty service all over. I would not even look for another place when I come back because from now on it will be here. I definitely recommend this place. They were even kind enough to offer to let us leave our car in the lot after check out because I mentioned our plan was to walk around town, to avoid the struggle of having to search for parking. The room smelled very clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. Shower water was hot and bathroom was very clean. 10/10!"

"Affordable, clean and updated older hotel. Don’t be put off by the “motel” look. This area is famous for its bed/breakfasts and drive up motels. It’s the kitch, but correct way to vacation in Bar Harbor. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly about area restaurants and attractions. Love that you get a REAL room key! So quiet you’ll be afraid you’re the noisy guest. Right on the free bus route and just a couple minutes walk into town. Rooms a spacious and I love the assigned parking spot- come in late and your spot is still available right in front of your door. Nothing over the top, this isn’t the Ritz, but it’s a solid choice with good beds, and it’s clean. Spend the extra $$ on food and souvenirs. "
