Had lots of wildlife visit every night. Only downfall is there aren't blinds in any rooms, apart from the bedrooms."

"Beautifully appointed, 14 Vitex was the perfect property for our return to Darwin to catch up with family. Everything you could need in a kitchen was supplied; we're talking slow cooker, blender and air fryer just to name a few. The pantry was very well stoked, including plenty of coffee capsules and condiments.The bedrooms were beautifully appointed with gorgeous sheets - so comfy. "We were a group of 9 adults mostly unrelated so we needed 8 beds. The house is generally a bit tired with all the lounge chairs needing attention. We specifically asked about upstairs showers - yes, there are 2 but they are adjacent so no good for a mixed group of adults - and the stable door on the 2nd toilet makes privacy difficult. We had to ask for the linen to make up a futon as we were not asked what bed configuration we needed. All little things (except the bathroom facilities) but they...
