"Wonderful service. Very professional and caring team starting with the hotel manager, front desk, restaurant team, and general management. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely want to come back. I wish they would offer room service after 10pm. There are no dining options in the area and the hotel restaurant stop service at 9:30-10pm. "

The perfect hotel

"We stayed 2 days and everything was perfect. The initial Welcome was wonderful - very warm and friendly. We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost “to allow more space for the dog”. Everything was super clean. Our room was off a small and lovely courtyard garden, very calm. Generous Continental breakfast with fresh fruits plus choice of eggs if wanted. We will return. "

Host double-booked the accommodation

"Dear future guests,I want to share my experience with this host to help others avoid the same nightmare. After booking a stay two months in advance, we were on the road to Paris when we received a notification that our reservation had been canceled. The host had double-booked the accommodation and, incredibly, failed to notice or resolve the issue until it was far too late.We were left stranded with no place to stay in Paris, forcing us to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last minute. This lack of preparation and communication is beyond frustrating, and the host’s failure to address the situation in a timely manner shows a complete lack of professionalism.If you're considering booking with this host, be aware that our experience was nothing short of a disaster. This level of incompetence and disregard for guests is simply not acceptable.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy place to stay.Best,"
