You need a 4X4 in the winter / anytime.??? The snow and hot tub were awesome, but the snow cause the electricity to be out on the last morning of our stay. Enjoyed our stay !"

"There were pluses and minuses to our stay. We wanted quiet…check. We wanted views…check. The grounds have a convenience store, and a cafe ( closed Wednesday and Thursday) nice feature. Close enough to Chama, check! However, the communication with the owner was hit and miss and that’s being generous.
