"It was our first time staying at a Marston’s hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was great with fluffy towels and tea and coffee making facilities. The room and bathroom were clean and really there wasn’t anything to complain about. Breakfast was sensational too! "

"The property was a perfect location for shopping, restaurants etc. It does not have a lift (elevator) but they brought the luggage up to the room. If you cannot do stairs they would not work for you. The staff was very nice and the room was large, clean and very comfortable."

"Lovely boutique hotel, clean fresh rooms, the staff were wonderful, great breakfast and a lovely relaxed vibe in the evening for cocktails. Very central. The only reason I’ve given them a 4 for facilities and not 5 is that our room was on the third floor, 6 flights of steps with no lift. Difficult at 65 with a bad hip. The room overlooked the back alley, and you heard the loud noise of empty bottles being emptied into the skip. But that aside I would stay here again….but would ask for a lower...
