"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It did rain a lot while we were there but the cabin is really cosy and a great place to chill. There is plenty to do in the area and it is incredibly beautiful, we did just spend time looking out of the window and when the sun came out we sat on the patio ... looking at the mountains."

"A well located lodge on the edge of the holiday park site, not overlooked. It is a small lodge and good for a short break. The beds were comfy and the shower hot, kitchen well appointed though no dish washer. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working (not broadcasting SSID) even after a reboot, yet no complaints as strong 4G signal on phone. Overall an enjoyable stay in a peaceful location."

"Absolutely fantastic place to stay, the whole set up from booking, arrival, checkout is flawless. The information pack sent was really easy to understand, facilities for a shepherds hut are like a 5star hotel. Really well designed, you have a decent kitchen area with space to prep some food and everything you need is in the hut bathroom/shower is super nice, hot hot water and amazing pressure! "Ideal for visiting lots of places, with a wonderful view straight from the cabin. I visited with my 93 year old aunt. She found the water heater over the bathroom sink a bit awkward to use, otherwise very well appointed and a great price. Geoffrey was really helpful and sorted out a couple of queries straight away. The toaster wasn't working when we arrived, I let him know the next morning and he brought a brand new replacement to the cabin for us the same afternoon. My aunty is looking forward...

"Rob was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic when we arrived, giving us a great tour of the yurt and (substantial) surrounding land. The yurt itself was really cosy and the 4 of us (plus dog) slept really soundly there, and really enjoyed being surrounded by the trees - the evening spent talking around the fire-pit was a holiday highlight. The biggest surprise was the incredible views down the estuary - just a 10 minute walk up the hill and bridleway. "

"The location and area are absolutely stunning. On arrival however there was no water or electricity, this was sorted quickly though. The cabin could have been cleaner and for colder nights could benefit from more heating. As above though the scenery and views are incredible."

"The place itself it's amazing, with stunning surroundings, great play ground for kids , coffee and bar just steps away. the property itself is dated, in need of serious cleaning, but it was cozy and warm. "We loved our 3 night stay here. It was reached by a very long road leading to only the cabin, main house and cottage. It was so peaceful with a brilliant view. The log burner was a god send as we battened down the hatches whilst a storm went over it was really cozy and we couldn’t have hoped for anything more, it was fully described on the listing. Christmas decorations may need to be taken down (as it’s april) but this was quite comical."
