"The double matress was in a terrible condition it needs replacing. The bathroom toilet seat desperately needs replacing. The caravan was well cleaned. The site was spotless. Easy check in. We would have liked a shop and a cafe onsite."

"Caravan was very clean and in a very good location eg near a Asda supermarket, costa coffee, amusements park. Only downfall was that the caravan is situated near the main road . So constant vehicle noise stops you sleeping at night, especially from the HGV or buses that go past. "

"Best way to describe the hotel is an Old hotel with an inefficient design, the staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The Eyri Longue staff included. Its situated perfectly for anyone who is doing Snowdon by foot or train. With the main bus interchange outside giving you access to Bangor and the rest of north Wales. Few things need repairing and modernizing. USB ports in the room being the main one. "
