"Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "

"Pablo and his mother waited for us to do the check in, I felt at home when they both welcomed us, they even sent transportation to pick us up, and the customer service was great! Breakfast in the morning with other pilgrims was a plus for us, we met a lot of people, the atmosphere of friendship and respect that Pablo his mom and the little dog offered make our experience there unique, will definitely visit them again and I recommend to those looking for a personal unforgettable experience.
