"The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful. There is a supermarket next to the hotel "

"Very friendly staff"

"The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need. Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific. The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating at. I would stay here again if in Islamabad, if only because of the extreme friendliness of the staff and the good location, being in Blue Area within a couple kilometers from Centaurus Mall"

"I booked this hotel from expedia for my wife and sister in law arrived from canada for a short trip to islamabad. First i will write the worst part. The room quality was very average or below the standard. The elevator had issues so they shifted the family to centaurus suite which was more pathetic and shower ,iron, furniture was pathetic. The contact number on expedia was not actove and i sesrched the other number where staff was available. Again shifted back to Movinpick after the issue was resolved. The cost of two cup of tea with omelets was 9000 pak rupees once we asked for the room service though they should have served as a complimentary after this hassle late night. The cost was very high and the quality was like a low scale guest house. Now good part of Movinpick The car was at the airport in time to receive from airport as a free service. Area around hotel has better places to visit. Staff coperative and effectively communicating. When we requested for the compensation they reimbursed almost one day but it was 15 days time which is very poor and very irritating. Overall i find it a very poor experience / experiment. "I’d probably rate this as one of the top hotels in the whole country. Even compared to international standards, it still rates very well. Excellent food offering with several restaurants on site, price is at the very high end of the local price spectrum. Rooms are very well appointed, decorated to local styles, which may or not suit your tastes. The hotel has very high security, which I suppose is necessary given pakistans security situation. But can become bothersome if you’re regularly entering and exiting. Service by staff is 10/10 couldn’t fault them "
