"We picked this hotel because of it's very close proximity to the grotto, which makes it super convenient. However, we also were so pleased to also discover that it was clean and quiet, with the most helpful staff. "We had some problem in our first room and they immediately moved us to a better room. The only concern we have is that there is no 'non-skid' mat on the bath tub, there is no holding bar to hold on to. It is slippery when wet. Please provide rubber mat on the tub to prevent accident. Thank to you all the nice and hardworking staff and specially the waiters and head waiter during breakfast and dinner. Thank you much!"
