"It is very close to the basilica. It has it’s own restaurant. Breakfast which we have to pay is not that impressive. I made a suggestion to the receptionist Vanessa about the Tv in our room that is dangerously located on the wall ( too low). I am only 5’3” and i bumped my head 2x during the night."

"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. "Very convenient if you want to stay close to the train station. We took the bus to get to Lady of Lourdes church. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and good for three people. Enjoyed our stay. "

"Beautiful hotel designed by Saint Bernadette’s nephew. Gorgeous old world design. Very kind, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well kept with nice details like slippers, a hot water pot, coffe and tea, etc. Literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to St. Joseph’s gate (the main entrance to the cathedral area). My room had a lovely patio overlooking the village, and was so quiet and peaceful. I feel very fortunate to have stayed there. "

"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. "The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!"

Pick somewhere else

"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. It was unbearable in the room. We kept trying to catch someone on reception and every time we went down no one was around. If you are booking a family room with bunk bed, be prepared you will need to set this up and put the sheets on. The only thing that I would say was a good point was that the car park was secure. The town has very little in it, so it’s all fast food outlets."
