"This property was fantastic. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel very near the train station and you can't beat the location of this property. I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market...

"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. We did hear some noise from the street in the night, but that was the only minor issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay here."

"A convenient location near the historic center and central attractions of Aachen. No restaurant, but a moderately popular bar in the evenings. Apparently a popular breakfast spread (18 euros) which I did not partake. Very clean room (with a mini fridge) and comfortable bed. The location near the bus station was a little off putting during the day with large crowds, but was quiet at night. Overall very pleasant."

"For a congress in the city the hotel is too far out to walk. Also too far to walk to city center for dinner. Overall good hotel, comfortable and friendly with very good break fast"

"The price and convenience to the train station was excellent. It wasn't a "seedy" neighborhood either. The place was clean and perfectly fine as a clean, warm, bright place to stay. I didn't see an elevator, and there are no extras that I saw outside of a hairdryer."

"Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the cathedral and shopping areas and walking distance to the thermal bath. I appreciated the clean sheets and blackout curtains. Facility was well maintained and spotless. Very quiet during the night even though it seemed liked it was very booked. Very spacious as well. "

"A good stay. Mini fridge would be nice for travellers. Self check in was good, tho others seemed to have problems. Staff was friendly and responsive. our price through expedia came in much higher than listed prices. Overall good for what it is. "

"Check-in was really easy and the location was easy to find. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. And the location was perfect to see everything in the city and having quick access to buses if we needed to go anywhere further."
