"Lovely little hotel with an amazing staff… room was a little outdated but no big deal for us. The main issue we had was the room was COLD. Even with the heater on it was cold. And the bathroom was FREEZING. But honestly, aside from that, it was really a lovely stay in a quiet area. I’d stay here again. "

"We had a very good stay at 9 Hotel . We were initially given a room with a small double bed instead of a two singles but the staff were very good at rectifying the situation. The rooms and bathrooms are compact but very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Perfect for our needs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and as such is perfect for passengers arriving on the Eurostar. We will definitely stay there again."

"I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life and I seriously advise Do Not Book This Hotel!!! It may be cheap or affordable and look to be a good location but it really isn’t. The noice pollution in this hotel is dreadful from quests slamming doors and shouting either early morning or late at night its horrendous. When the breakfast dinning room opens they proceed to play loud music that you can hear all the way at the top floor zero consideration for any guests. The room service (the cleaners) are...

"Too small for three adults even we paid around $350/day asking for three single beds. No closet for hanging your clothes. We have to lay out everything on ONE chair ONLY. Bathroom shower is so small that even our petite size cannot make the turnaround. However, location is really convenient for transportation & lots of eating choices. But I won’t choose it in the future but will check out other hotels nearby for a larger size specially for the bathroom."
