"My stay was absolutely wonderful. As a solo female traveler making her very first voyage outside of North America, on what could be described as a “spiritual journey” I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice in properties. Beginning two weeks prior to arrival the concierge staff was the epitome of hospitable, welcoming and helpful in ways I could never have expected. They were so very gracious in assisting me with restaurant recommendations and reservations, transportation needs and most importantly instilling in me the expectation of a truly warm welcome. After starting my trip with a stay at a different property in the 1st arrondissement I was picked up by a Le Cinq Codet vehicle with a driver that went above expectations and provided a charming, highly knowledgeable and very welcome history lesson on my previous stays property and all the sights along our route as I was transferred to their location in the 7th arrondissement. They accommodated an early check-in and had my room ready with a lovely acknowledgement that the day of my arrival was also my birthday. There was competent and courteous staff available at all hours. The properties location was stunning as were all the facilities. Upon falling ill on my last day they went above and beyond to send someone out to procure a thermometer for me, offered to arrange medical assessment and checked in on me regularly. Time and again they went above d beyond. "

"The staff is excellent and very pro-client! Depending on your selection the room could be too small but is what you decided. Are rooms for all your needs. I selected the classic and while is good is too small and hard to go into the shower. I will for sure return to this hotel. location is great for river boat tour, Eifel tower and BigBus tour."

"The staff were very pleasant. Easy to communicate with. One gentleman in particular was outstanding. Unfortunately we cannot read his name on the card we were provided. But he accommodated us and our needs. All the staff called taxis for us. We don’t speak French. So it was a helpful service. A great place to stay where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in a few minutes."
