"The cabanas cosmetics need some work. If you're looking for something new & modern, this is not it. What I loved is, it really is in a rainforest, with all the sounds of crickets and birds chirping 24/7. It is within walking distance to the bus to the Iguazu Falls park, but not to markets and restaurants in Puerto Iguazu. Staying in the cabanas, you do have access to the restaurant, pool and pool bar of the associated Rainforest LaSelva hotel, which is more upscale, and Argentine breakfast...

"This property is absolutely in need of major renovations and general upkeep, such as basic painting, investment into working backup generators, update towels and linens etc. Too many issues happened during our stay, from not having hot water for two days to a power outage for an entire morning. "When I arrived I was not able to locate the hotel. Upon messaging the hotel I received response telling me that they accepted my reservation by mistake. Thus I lost more than hour and had to find new reservation late at night. My credit card has been charged. And there is no obvious way to refund other than directly call Expedia. I'm going to chargeback my credit card as long as I'm back in the US."

"Cuando llegamos a la ubicación el luGar estaba deshabitado. No nos atendió nadie y parecía una casa particular en remodelación. Intentamos comunicarnos pero no tuvimos respuesta por lo que debimos alquilar en otro lugar, en medio de la noche y en plena temporada todo estaba ocupado en Iguazú. No son recomendables para nada."

"This property has been one of our favorite locations that we have ever stayed at! You are at the cusp of the border between Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. The property manager was extremely kind and beneficial when it came to looking for local attractions and recommendations for food.
