"My stay at Conrad was amazing. I haven’t come back to Shenyang since 2018. This hotel made me feel like home. Wanted to thanks to Hong Ma, she is such a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and helpful. Her smile made my day. I would absolutely stay again!!! "

"We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. "

"Solid 4-star property. Very clean, and the rooms were elegant and fresh. Clean carpet and no deodorizing spray. Bathrooms had a modern appeal with a rustic wood trim.
