"Great location adjoining the station and perfect for the arena. Room was nice and the bed comfy. Only things I could fault was v dusty behind the headboard, room and bathroom bit tired in places and could do with a bit of soundproofing. On the plus, everything you need is there. Lovely big fluffy towels, great service from reception. General areas nice to hang out in. "

"The property was lovely. The bar and food were amazing. I didn't notice an 'upgrade' on the room, it was a nice king size room, but the shower was very low pressure. There was no breakfast included which was a shame given the price, plus the spa access is only for 1hr (which includes getting ready afterwards) which for someone disabled isn't much time to enjoy the spa facilities. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as the location and restaurant/bar made it 5 stars!"

"Liked the property, very handy location for everything we wanted to do during our trip. Complimentary breakfast had great options, hot and cold, the winner for our son was the waffle machine! Staff at reception could have been a bit more friendly but service was fine, staff at breakfast were lovely. Room was fine but a little cramped for 3 of us with limited storage for luggage/ belongings. Very clean though and beds were comfortable. "
