"The Playford is our favorite hotel in Adelaide. It’s very welcoming and nicely designed. The staff do a wonderful job. The rooms are 5 star and well appointed. We love the location and transportation is very easy with the trams right out front and the Casino and train station across the street. Can’t recommend more highly. "

"Issue with staff having me on hold at 10.28pm until 10.31pm and then telling me we are too late to order room service. The staff member continued to tell me the website says last orders at 10.30pm and wasn’t interested when I told him the website doesn’t mention 10.30pm at all on the times listed for room service, it only says that when you click on the menu. I showed this to the concierge in the morning and he will pass it on. Otherwise it was amazing service but this person on the phone...
