The only slight negative there was that an event on in the foyer one night which was very busy & struggled to get access to & from the main entrance, especially guests with their suitcases & dogs. Reception never informed us so we were unaware of the times to avoid. "

"I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cottages, it was so peaceful in beautiful surroundings. Very clean warm with all modern facilities. Spacious and convenient parking right next to accomodation. The use of health club facilities was wonderful after a long drive. The staff i dealt with were friendly and welcoming and answered any queries I had. "

"Not quite sure it meets 5 star standard. Room space is lovely, plush and beds super comfy. Bathroom quite basic but shampoo etc provided. Spa ok but could with refurb now as facilities dated. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special. "
