"My room had a wonderful feel to it, somewhere between cozy and opulent. It was perfect for me. The duo at check-in were wonderfully helpful and appeared to enjoy working with people. The young man who showed us to our room was welcoming and even gave us a mini private tour with a lot of information about the history, tile murals, paintings and furniture in the palace. Would love to return and introduce to more friends and family. "

Negatives: - Apartment I stayed in is in need of a refurb and missing amenities e.g only one hair drier in a 6 guests flat, no ironing board or anywhere to hang clothes in one of the rooms. - Poor service - booked a boat trip at the hotel’s marina through reception, on the day and time booked no one was there, had to call reception twice to be told boat needs maintenance.
