Um hotel 4 estrelas bom, atendimento bom e simpatico, limpo, localizado no centro, confortavel, restaurante p/o cafe-da-manha no ultimo andar c/otima vista e agradavel, buffet de cafe-da-manha mto bom. Havia um festival no centro portanto não podia-se abrir as janelas devido a musica alta até apos meia-noite...e nosso ar condicionado não esfriava...

The hotel is located really close to main attractions, little confusing how to get to the main entrance but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available. Room was clean and quiet.

A couple of us stayed over night after being at a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to inform them that we wouldn’t be arriving at normal check in time because of the wedding and the receptionist told me it wasn’t a problem. Either way, he took down our names and told us they had staff at the front desk 24 hours. The check in was easy and quick. There was free parking and access to the lobby as well as the rooms. The rooms were clean, we had free breakfast included, and the staff was friendly. I was impressed by the great water pressure in the bathroom because it is rare to find a hotel with it. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is extremely close to the street with umbrellas. I would definitely return.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Assisting us with information about where to go for a bike ride, where to find a bank to exchange currency, to where to buy some inexpensive Portuguese tile. They were more than happy to assist.

Super nice hotel in the center of town. Well appointed rooms, very helpful staff, great breakfast (wow what a view!) and the roof level cafe/bar was good too for a light, inexpensive evening meal. Had a great stay - thanks!

We arrived a bit late. We were tired and met Michele at the reception,extremely nice person. Next day we met Barbara equally as nice as Michele both fluent in English. Room top notch condition I wish we could have stayed longer. Best breakfast we had for the past week during our visit to Portugal. Thank you Michele, Barbara and Floral Bella .

Rooftop bar is lovely spot for the welcome drink and a nice location for breakfast. Great views. Room decor was a little old fashioned and the air con wasn't very effective. However the location is great for seeing the beautiful umbrella (and balloon) lined streets.

Hotel in Agueda that was nice and clean. If your staying in the area it is a nice place to stay and relax at night. There is also a nice rooftop bar as well.

Great hotel right in the center of Águeda. Nice breakfast although it could use a bit more variety, specially with fruits. The reception staff was very friendly. All in all I recommend and would stay again in a future visit to Águeda.

Good option close to Aveiro
Most of the hotels in Aveiro were booked for the weekend so we chose this hotel in Águeda. The hotel is modern, our superior room (4th floor) was spotless and the king size bed was comfortable, though basic. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker or hot pot in the room. The internet worked well, though weak on the 4th floor. The terrace bar on the 5th floor gave a nice view, but the breakfast was basic. The eggs, bacon and sausages were luke warm at best. All of the staff were very pleasant! They always had a smile, they worked hard and were available to answer any questions we had and even give ideas for outings. There's not a lot to do in Águeda, although I think it would be fun to be there for the umbrella festival.
