"It was only a short overnight stay, but a great choice of hotel. Admittedly a little pricey for around 17 hours, and the only time in the hotel was for sleep. However, it can't be denied that this is a top class hotel, not a budget one. It should be noted that there's currently work going on around the hotel - I think it's to do with a metro extension, BUT it wasn't noticeable from inside. There are 2 metro stations very close by. The hotel is beautiful inside, and the staff were very helpful....

"We made a 3 day side trip to Porto from Frankfurt and thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Porto. The hotel was centrally located, the room was lovely with fantastic views of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly and warm. "

"A good size room, with large bath & shower, large comfortable bed, room on 1st floor - no noise, very good breakfast - great selection/options, all staff very helpful, very well equipped gym to accommodate all levels/needs. Good location for transport/train to airport. The restaurant meals however...very small portions (pasta dish) +50% for an average size portion. "

"Attention to detail and etiquette of the staff were of the highest standard. The hotel itself was absolutely superb, and the room was finished to a high standard and not tired like you see with other hotels. Anyone visiting Porto should come and stay here for a relaxing and luxurious stay. "

"This is a charming, eclectic art oriented hotel. The flower room bar is delightful, a great place for photos. The location is great for sightseeing in the central historic district. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, helpful, kind and fun. We are definitely planning on returning!"

"The Editory Boulevard Aliados in Porto is a gem, perfectly situated in a central location—a non-negotiable for me when I travel. Being a fairly new hotel, just two years old, it exudes a sense of freshness and modernity. The hospitality, true to the warm and welcoming nature of the Portuguese, was exceptional.
