"In front of the tower. A Unique experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking view from the window—waking up to such a stunning panorama was simply magical. "Great location , close to rail and buses, walking distance to tower and duomo.Dining option on the walking route. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom but air conditioning is old and had to open the inner verandah doors to cool the room down . "

"Location is good for access to Pisa Centrale railway station. Free Breakfast was very good. Rooms need refurbishment. The alleyway leading to the hotel entrance is dirty and I would recommend people to be safety concious in the immediate area"

"Fantastic location, close to main points of interest. Tower maybe 15mins and restaurants, churches, shops all close by. Try the Bombolini in Piazza Garibaldi ;). Hotel was very friendly and an interesting/ characterful environment. Staff were all great and breakfast was good. We had a river view room which had plenty of space and a lovely outlook."

"Heaven truly exists. It’s because of this place at villa petriolo. I came solo and had the most amazing, healing time. The spa, gym, fire pit and areas to relax/ decompress was like nothing else. It was a true Tuscany experience. The staff here all made me feel welcome and seeing them everyday for 5 days, was truly so special. Thank you all for making it a place to remember. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "It was a last minute decision to go to Pisa. Having never been there before, I just picked the closest available property. This was great small off street parking area, but conveniently located with 3 minute walk to the leaning Tower.the breakfast was good, but get an early time, as the selection was less at 9:00.
