She lives about a mile away, she was not intrusive but was helpful on check in (she physically lead us to the house as not all roads are passable in a normal size car), she texted us when there was a planned powercut coming up etc. Her English is immaculate. The house location is stunning - the photos on the listing do not do justice to the mountain view from the living room and patio. Easy access to the lovely sandy beaches within 5 miles. We were able to go to Pisa a couple of times with all its history worth a visit. "cute clean house. location suited me due to being there for work not far away from this house. In front of the house is a park - very green (bamboo, olives, fruit trees) with a big tree giving shades in summer for the car and the people :-) Not sure how you want to squeeze in 5 people though. Suitable for 2-3 people I would say. Good Internet as well. The Host was very friendly and responsive. "
