"Couple staying for our anniversary. Dinner in both restaurants absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Spa facilities were decent however steam room by the pool was closed. This was not an issue as there is a steam room in the changing rooms. Gym and fitness classes were fun and easy to book as was the use of the pickle ball court. "We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite."

"Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous. Excellent wine selection and utterly superb soft drink (bottles in the fridge) range. Breakfast was really good. Yoghurt, fruits and cereal, then cooked...

"A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards. A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)"
