"I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the hotel was spotless, welcoming and very homely. The food and drink quality at breakfast, room service and when having drinks in the library was exceptional. "Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down."
