Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not preparing for Formula 1, which puts fences all over the area and detracts from the beauty. "
