"The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent . "

"While checkin was very smooth , the hospitality at breakfast table left a lot to be desired. Most of the female staff made eye contact and smiled but the male staff are bland with no eye contact and expressionless. While taking the plate from table the good dropped and the staff pretended to not seen it. after pointing them to pick the dropped food on table it was picked but not a apology.
