"Good location, great view, newer buildings, staffs were friendly, we got free upgrades for both rooms, but there was lot of water on the floor around the toilet in one of the rooms, they sent handyman to fixed the issue and housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was not actually be cleaned properly, because they dumped the dirty water in the toilet and cleaning lady only mopped the floor. We were waiting for them to deal with the problem for at least half an hour. This was not a pleasant...

"It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.'
